
Clos' Chicken Cheese Ball
1 - 8 oz Cream Cheese (we used whipped, easier to stir)
1 - 8 oz of Sour Cream
1. cup Shredded Cheese
1 - 12.5 oz can of Chicken Breast
1/2 pkg. of Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix
Green onions chopped (use as many as you see fit)
Mix together, place in a round bowl, chill for a few hours and remove with a layer of saran wrap over the top of the bowl to drop off in the shape of a ball.
Serve with Town House crackers, Ritz crackers, even great for fresh veggies, my favorites are broccoli and cauliflower with this dip!
*Note Phillip (hubby) "Hates" cream cheese but he actually couldn't keep his hands out of this dip!
