SAndra has been writing for years with historicals being her main focus. By the time she had a polished manuscript in hand, historicals were unpopular. She didn't give up though and decided to try her hand at writing a mystery. A cozy mystery. Her first book, Murder on The Ol' Bunions , released in April of 2008. Book two of the LaTisha Barnhart Mystery series, Polly Dent Loses Grip, and book three, Eat, Drink and Be Buried will follow in April 2009 and 2010, respectively.

My thoughts on "Murder on the Ol' Bunions":
First off the title is what caught my attention, ol' bunions? It definately perked my curiousity so I give her two thumbs up for the creatively thought out title! Second its a mystery and who doesn't love a goold ol' humoured filled mystery?
This is definately one of those Laugh Out Loud type of novels and you can read the book in just a sitting, I'm serious you wont want to put it down!
We follow LaTisha Barnhart who stumbles upon her former employers body and the investigation is on from there. LaTisha a mother of "seven" children and wife to Hardy her hilarious husband is on the case, she even has a bit of sleuthing in her background.
I won't give away anymore you'll just have to find out for yourself! Its definately a case worth solving with LaTisha and all the cooky characters in this marvelous mystery of a book!

I hear her next title "Polly Dent Loses Grip" is coming in March of 2009 so, be sure to be on the lookout because S. Dionne Moore's books are full of mysterious fun!
