Journal Buddies - Building Self Esteem

I was very excited to review Journal Buddies: A Girl's Journal for Sharing and Celebrating Magnificence because when I was a young lady, I just had one of those spirally notebooks you bought for school that I usually used as a "Dear Diary" or as we know like to use the term "Journal".

There was just blank pages and lines.. nothing too special... I used to draw-in flowers and hearts but mostly it was just words, my words and feelings. A lot of feelings, mosty insecurities about how I looked, what I thought about what others thought of me, and a lot of low self esteem. (yeah can you believe it? I used to have low self esteem, yeah yeah I know I can be a real Ms. Priss now but I wasn't then...)
