From Scanalog:
There are eleven 'Master Categories' to save items in Scanalog. They cover a range of women's interest, from Home Decoration to Gardening to My Spirit.
Some tips from Scanalog:
Whether you’re a novice or an expert at scanning, go to

differences in resolution, image formats, image modes, bit depths, and Moire patterns
Why I "LOVE" Scanalog:
I always see certain articles in magazines that I try to "Remember" to keep track of but I end up forgetting which magazine I saw the article in or where exactly it was.
With Scanalog all my article findings were saved! Now, when I wanted to make that chocolate cake or get crafty with the kids the clippings were right at my fingertips, no digging through my stacks of many magazines to find it!
With the option to preserve your child's artwork, your favorite recipes, magazine and catalogs clippings, Scanalog surely is a lifesaver!
Some other ways Scanalog makes life easier are for that new baby shower you may be planning. I know Mom's-to-Be are out scanning all the latest baby magazines for the perfect gear, how-to articles and more, with Scanalog you can just choose your favorite clippings, organize, and archive!
Maybe your getting married or planning a wedding? This is the perfect solution! I know I was buying those huge wedding magazines and googling over certain dresses, how-to lists to make the wedding easier, and useful articles. I ended up jamming bookmarks or folding back tabs in the magazines and then eventually forgetting about them. Not with Scanalog!

I would use this for my parenting magazines, there are sometimes products or stories I come across that I would like to feature on my blog and when I go back through my stack, I can't find them! This would be very helpful to me!

My favorite magazine to save is "Home" and also "Do It Yourself". I have a whole box of them that have an article or two in each that I wanted to keep.

ReplyDeleteSorry--I meant to say that I would use this for myself, but I repeated the I subscribe post--and then it double posted that! I really didn't mean to do that. That is why I deleted them.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, I would definitely keep this for myself. I think this is a great idea and would use it for several of my data keeping things.
I am a bibliophile--I collect data, books, ideas, facts....and never, ever give any of it up! I need something like this.
