I love Pasta - A Review on Ronzoni Smart Taste

Who doesn't love pasta? I love pasta, even my best friend she simply serves up a great pasta dish weekly! Maybe even more than once a week!

I made  just this week Chicken Primavera (with my Rotini sample, pictured above) and Spaghetti! I have a pasta dish at least twice a week, because with pasta you can add in some very important foods... For example, vegetables. Most children can't stand to eat their veggies unless you've seriously been blessed or they are included in a dish. My son Gabriel (2+) will eat spaghetti, he doesn't notice the mushrooms, the onions, the bell peppers. As with the Chicken Primavera, I load mine with veggies , he can't get enough of it! Pasta is a very healthy choice for any meal because its simple, you can add more to your meal, and it doesn't take very long to cook.

Did you know most Mom's with children ages 3-12 have a really hard time incorporating healthy foods? I know all too well how that goes!
