Victorious Living for Women Blog Tour - January 11th - 15th

You can find the book at Amazon!

What are some major issues you think keep
women from living victoriously?

Eleanor Pat Miller is the author of "Life Perplexities" (pg. 80) in Victorious Living for Women.

Eleanor states, “There are two major issues that I think, keeps women from living victoriously and the "first" one would be, being connected to the right "power source". From a Christian stand point it is important that women have a "relationship" with Jesus who is our total source of supply. In the Gospels is written; there is "NOTHING IMPOSSIBLE" with God. So what we need to do is make sure that are minds are connected to His word and believe what He has said.

My second observation is "order" in our lives. If one morning, we wake up, and our lives goes into a tailspins we must STOP everything, breathe and take one step at a time, handle one issue at a time and the way we come out on top of our issues is my favorite prescription the "Serenity Prayer" "God grant me the serenity (peace) to except the things, that I cannot change, courage to change the things, that I can and the wisdom to know the different".

If I could tell every woman across America, how to live a victorious life these are the statements that I would give them to implement into their daily lives that I not only believe, but have tried them in my life and it works.  I close with another statement; it will work, if you work it!”

  2. I think one thing that keeps women from living victoriously is fear of failure. Fear is a powerful thing and sometimes very hard to overcome.

  3. I most certainly agree with Ms. Williams...the fear of failure!! I know that I deal with it.

  4. As Eleanor Pat Miller said, in order to be victorious women need a connection with Jesus.
He is that source of supply; that agape love that we seek. His perfect love overcomes fears.

@Ms. Renee Williams, please know that there's NOTHING more powerful than Jesus' love. Fear is merely false evidence appearing real and it has no power over you when Jesus is your Lord and Savior. Know that Jesus loves you today, unconditionally, and this is the victory that overcomes the world, your faith in Him.

  5. I am so grateful to see so many comments on this subject. There are more areas to consider that I did not have the time slot to make my response any longer. But, I do agree with Lady Marva, and Lady Renee in regards to FEAR. It is FALSE, EVIDENCE, APPEARING, REAL; but, what would STOP fear in its tracks is that RELATIONSHIP WITH JESUS. Because, if you ready have that connection like you should, FEAR has to BACKUP, BACKDOWN!!! Because your’ TRUST, is in the ALL MIGHTY GOD. We have to hold on to our belief that NOTHING is impossible WITH him for those who believe.

Ladies and Gentlemen: Life is only hard when we try to live it without the one for created us to be in his likeness and his image. He has given us POWER to do upon, beyond that we could ever ask are think. It’s time to COME OUT!!!, COME OUT!!!, and WHEREVER YOU ARE!!! We are not the only ones who are VICTORIOUS. You have an open door today, to do something that you have never do before. If you decide today, that you are FEARFUL and can’t change your circumstances than you will CONTINUE to walk in DEFEAT. But I challenge you to make a DECREEE TODAY (I’M COMING OUT), trust God and watch Him work for you I am coming out.

    Love U!

  7. One of the most critical area that keeps a woman from living a victorious life is vision: seeing life from your perception vs God's perspective. When we view life from our perception - it becomes our reality because it is built upon the perception of our environment, our thoughts, and the negative influences that may have been spoken over you as a child and unfortunately the enemy comes to attack you in your infancy stage! He sends attacks at 2 to mess you up when you are 20. When we rid the residue that attempts to contaminate and contribute to toxic life and replace the residue with the blood of Jesus, which renews, redeems & restores - We can Arise and live Victoriously!

  8. Looking at our insufficiencies, faults, flaws and failures can keep us from living victoriously. We forget that God's grace is sufficient. Many times we look at what we lack instead of acknowledging that God is our source and He is ALL sufficient. It ties in very closely with Ms. Renee Williams reply in reference to fear. Our insecurities cause us to fear and doubt but we have to stand upon God's word and proclaim that word over our lives. We walk by faith and not by sight. We have to learn how to claim the victory sometimes when it doesn't even feel like we've won. But to simply trust and know that God has won every battle and that we ARE victorious!

  9. Fear, low self esteem, concern about children, spouses and other family instead of ourselves, and even the guilt when we do spend some time on ourselves, often stop us from living victorious each day. Perhaps a better question would be how often do we believe we live victoriously? Because most women feel sometimes they do live victoriously—but not always. The challenge then becomes keeping our minds, hearts and spirits focused on God and His will. I think when we live within that important parameter, we indeed feel victorious.

  10. I like what the video speaker said, "It will work if you work it" This means that we have to walk in what the Lord tells us to do, trusting in Him , even if we do not understand how we will overcome. Therefore, as Jacquie Lewis- Kemp states we are challenged to keeping our mind and hearts focused on God and His will and His way to live victoriously. We have to 'do" the wWrd with the Help of the Holy Ghost.

  11. I believe it is important to develop a system of checks and balances, putting Kingdom Business/God's Business first and then all else will follow. Thus we will have the victorious life.
